Recently my better half Kimberly told me that she had read of two clergy members who, though they swore an oath, “to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God”, did the opposite!

I think the days of Perry Mason are long behind us now and, clergy are only flesh and blood human beings after all, so it may not seem as any shock to hear of such things happening in today’s world. With the countless law and crime shows that bombard us on the television these days we have become somewhat immune to hearing the truth and the consequences of lies.
